WEEK 5

GROUP: 1
1. LECTURE
This week, we mainly learned how to create double exposure effects using Photoshop.
- Through the tutorial video, we learned how to create double exposure effects using Photoshop:
The double exposure effect is a flexible application of the clipping mask function in Photoshop. By using tools like the Eraser Tool and functions such as clipping masks, different photos are overlapped to create striking visual effects.
- In the online lecture, the professor introduced us to Adjustment Layers and Filters in Photoshop, as well as their effects and usage methods. Gaining an understanding of Adjustment Layers and Filters has given me a deeper knowledge of Photoshop's functions and usage, and has also been very helpful for my studies this week.
2. PRACTICAL
First, I followed the video tutorial and completed the first double exposure exercise using photos downloaded from Google Drive. While using the same photos as the demonstration in the tutorial, we were allowed to use gradient map effects different from those in the tutorial.
PART 1 (DOUBLE EXPOSURE FOLLOW TUTORIAL)
After completing the first exercise following the tutorial video, I used a photo of myself to create a double exposure effect as required by the course content.
